I have been at Georgetown for 7 months and I have nothing bad to say. The apartment itself is great and comfor Read Moretable and I've had no issues. As far as maintenance, these gentlemen go beyond the call of duty in keeping the grounds and the buildings clean.

Renewal is always a hassle. Too many pages, too many documents, too many signatures required and then it must Read Morebe done twice - once by my wife and once by me. Why can't the whole process be done online and required accompanying documents sent by fax?
