The apartments set Franklin Landings are spacious and have a warm historic feel. The Office and Maintenance S Read Moretaff are extremely, friendly, helpful, and just wonderful! When I return to Mass again, I definitely would like to return there as a resident.

I love living here because of the pool, gym, and laundry in the building. They let you have pets for a reason Read Moreable price. Be careful that you don't get a room on the train side of the building because it can be loud. That is the only downside of living here. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance and a great community.

well maintained property, very clean. They make frequent improvements in carpeting and painting. Also installe Read Mored new windows this year

when we had a problem with drainage of the bath tub we were told to go take a shower someplace else. I rent a Read Moren apartment and expected to be able to shower in the apartment there was no cooperation from management.
