Hamel Mill Lofts Resident
I was an early tenant of the last building the were renting up. I had many units to choose from so I had many Read More options of layout. Every space had great features so it was a hard choice. The renting team were willing to show me every unit available. That is rare. Usually they show you a few and say that's all there is. Bottom line, the team was patient, professional and very courteous. It made all future interactions good or bad pleasant. First impressions are lasting impressions.

The building is beautiful- they did an incredible job of renovating it. I love my living space. Have been a te Read Morenant for close to 4 years, and think that the complex is run very well. The Hamel Mill staff members are uniformly OUTSTANDING- I wish I were allowed to mention their names and specific examples. All go out of their way to help me. Lots of nice activities such as the Harvest Festival

I love my apartment, maintenance is fast and courteous, the office staff treats us a valued tenants. The build Read Moreing is clean, stylish and efficient.

Hamel Mill Lofts Resident
I loved the building, it is a really cool place. A little pricey though and the rent increases at contract ren Read Moreewal are insanely high. I know of some people with rent increases of $100 or more per month, I find that to be ridiculous. The parking is not good. in a family with 2 hybrid cars those spots are always used by gas guzzling SUVs that are certainly not hybrids. I believe more towing should be done and enforced.
