There are certain things my roommate and I love and certain things we are not happy about. For example, the pa Read Morerking situation is rough, they don't not no how to clear the snow on the ground. Also we had issues with management and rent.

I loved the building, it is a really cool place. A little pricey though and the rent increases at contract ren Read Moreewal are insanely high. I know of some people with rent increases of $100 or more per month, I find that to be ridiculous. The parking is not good. in a family with 2 hybrid cars those spots are always used by gas guzzling SUVs that are certainly not hybrids. I believe more towing should be done and enforced.

Very noisey. There doesn't seem to be any insulation in the floors/ceilings. I had an issue with the carpets Read More when I moved in, Stained and the seams were lifting. When I moved out I received a bill for over $5,000 for new commercial carpet throughout the apartment. I cleaned the carpets myself with a rental carpet cleaner and now they are pursuing me to pay for new installation.
