Overall, we were happy renting here. There was always plenty of parking in front of our building and the few t Read Moreimes that we had to contact maintenance for an emergency they responded promptly. There were not many amenities, but our building was fairly quiet and residents were mostly respectful of each other and the apartment complex. My complaints are the units, esp. the appliances, had needed updating even when we moved in, the units are not soundproof, and the main office was often closed.

Management was horrible. Did not follow through on issues with other residents. There was drug activity in the Read More complex. I was afraid to let my child play outside. The playground was falling apart and unsafe. In the three years we lived there there were four changes in management all with their own style of dealing with things. Cannot say enough positive things about maintenance though. John was awesome!

The room was nice, the kitchen lovely and updated. The deck overlooking the pond was one of my favorite point Read Mores. I enjoyed talking to the associates in the office. When things broke they were very quick to get maintenance to us and when I had concerns they were easy to talk to. Parking was also good.
