It's still all considered one of Marlboro's best place to live

Nice community with good amenities and maintenance. No complaints after living here for a year. Rental rates Read Moreare competitive. Community garden is cool. Pets allowed and seldom find someone who didn't pick up after them. No crime to my knowledge. Units and appliances are a bit older, but not shabby. Diverse community across all demographics, which I like. Marlborough is ok. More of a town than a city. The region is facing urban sprawl with a transportation network designed for the 60's. Nearest train station with parking is 20+ minutes away. A Boston commute is challenging, but doable 90+,min.; on weekends it's 45-60 min.
