I left my brand new Subaru WRX STI in first gear one day, and the next day it was missing. It hit was knocked Read Moreout of gear into street, front bumper off and muffler crushed from impact. Total $1185. During the snowstorm front fender had huge dent when I went to clean car off $2750 to fix. Thansgiving and xmas found my motorcycle laying on its side total $5000 damage. Tried to move out 2 months early & manager argued it didn't happen there/didnt feel responsible even with photos and police rpts.

The property is filthy. Apartment does not get warm some days due to Windows needing to be replaced. Laundry Read Moreroom is always dirty and washers don't work well. Ignored by management when you have a request. Parking is horrible! When it snows it's barely plowed and walkways are barely shoveled or not shoveled until late morning.
