    The management is not very helpful. Also, even with construction of new buildings on two sides of the property Read More they did not clean the windows. The pool is not open as advertised.

    The level of residents declined sharply after they started accepting Section 8 housing. The new residents wer Read Moree placing trash bags in the hallways, smoking in the elevators and halls and not cleaning up after their pets. Also, the parking is horrible. The residents who do not want to pay the parking fee park in the visitors spots so there is no place for visitors to park. The complex is nice but why would you spend $2000/mo. to live next to someone who pays $500/month for the same apartment?
