Terms

Our lease terms are: 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months. (Please note that lease terms may vary, are subject to change without notice, and are based on availability. Inquire with property staff for complete details). Dog Policy: No Weight Limit, Maximum 2 Dogs per apartment, $50 pet rent, $500 pet deposit, Pet Restrictions: Acceptable animals include domestic cats, fish (maximum tank size: 50 gallons), birds and dogs. Dogs that are purebreds or mixes of the following breeds are prohibited: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow-Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull (American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Shar Pei, and Siberian Husky. All other animals are prohibited. NO ANIMAL IS AUTHORIZED WITHOUT MANAGEMENT?S PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION AND THE EXECUTION OF AN ANIMAL ADDENDUM. 1 large or 2 small dogs per apartment. Pet owners will receive an increased security deposit of $1,250. $50.00/month for pets 25lbs & under; $75.00/month for pets 26lbs plus. Cat Policy: No Weight Limit, Maximum 2 Cats per apartment, $500 pet deposit, $50 non-refundable pet fee, Pet Restrictions: Domesticated indoor cats only. Cats and dogs permitted in same apartment if total weight is under 50 pounds. Pet owners will receive an increased security deposit of $1250. $50.00/month for pets 25lbs & under; $75.00/month for pets 26lbs plus.
