The units were updated including appliances (that were 10 years old) in 2013 to include cherry colored cabinets, granite counters & lighting fixtures. Windows are large to allow as much natural light as possible. Playground is 4 years old & common areas are watched & maintained as frequently as possible. These areas are susceptible to unmonitored children if parents do not accompany their children like they are suppose to. We are one of the few, high quality rental communities in the area.
The property and unit was wonderful. However, the maintenance and management at the time were non-responsive. Read MoreLeaks developed in the skylights, we called several times, emailed photos and no one came to make repairs. When we looked at the unit, we loved it. We signed the same day. Upon moving in, the unit smelled horrible of cat urine... We called, stopped in and emailed the office. But the lady there was not willing to help...

I liked many aspects of Rolling Meadows. The property was mostly gated. The landlord was very attentive to our Read More needs. The grounds were kept neat and clean. The price for the amount of room we had met our expectations. My only concerns were the:dogs that walked around without a leash, the amount of dog droppings on the property, which raised the pet fee. the neighbors would allow their dogs to bark all day. Children were not supervised outside and bumped their bikes and scooters into our vehicle
