    We Had A Problem With A Neighbor And The Management Team Took Good Care Of Us. Whenever There'S Any Issue They Read More Respond Quickly And Pleasantly.

    The apartments biggest advantage is its location. Footsteps from public transport; close to local eataries, be Read Moreaches and the sea ( and fresh lobsters in summer ) it also has its own marina on the back side. The apartments are spacious with huge balconies and the staff is friendly. Ammenites are a bit old but they work as expected. Overall a hidden gem for the price.

    The rental office and staff were quick at responding to any comments or service orders. They often went above Read Moreand beyond what was required. For example, I asked one of the maintenance staff if I could borrow a drill to put up a bike rack, but instead he installed the entire thing for me! The other residents were always pleasant and respectful of noise at night. Lastly the gym and laundry room were always clean and never had a problem with waiting for a machine at either.

    Apart from being distant to the red line station at Quincy Center, the neighborhood of the complex is good and Read More rather safe. It has a free private parking area and a nice view to the marina bay. One side of the building is facing toward the Mound St Beach. In addition, the location is reasonably close to the famous Wollaston Beach. The building is clean; the maintenance service is fully capable and personnel are always helpful.

    Apartment location and condition is alligned with the rent you paid for. However, the Hall way smells stink al Read Morel the time and I moved out because there were bed bugs in my unit. Once I reported to apartment management, she even tried to blame on me that we were the one who brought it. Although they tried to get rid of by using professional insects company but it didn't work. We had to throw away our brand new mattress and coach. Anyway, I didn't want all those drama and decided to move out.
