Quincy, MA 2000sf Direct Ocean Front Fully Furnished 3/2 $3275 plus utilities - Experience New England, especially Boston, Cape Cod and the City of Presidents from 226 Rock Island Road, Quincy, Massachusetts. This home will be available as a fully furnished, long term (3 month minimum) rental for a discounted rent of $3200 per month from about 1 February 2017 to about 31 May 2017 for up to 6 people, no pets/animals and no smoking. Utilities are not included and will be paid for by the Resident.
Estimated monthly utility costs (Sep-May) are $330 (water/sewer/trash:$70, gas:$200, electricity:$60). If desired: Xfinity internet/telephone/Cable TV runs an additional $25 to $170 depending on service ordered under the present contract.
Any consideration for a weekly rental during the vacation rental season (1 June to 31 August) or the "off season" (1 September to 31 May) would be at a rate of $2800 per week ($400 per night) which would include utilities. Our "Guest Application" and "Guest Occupancy Agreement" would be executed for these weekly rentals. There would be a $500 "reservation security deposit" out of which would come a $250 light cleaning fee and any other expenses to return the premises to the condition found at occupancy.
