    We just moved in to Avalon Canton at Blue Hills and couldn't be happier! The apartment complex is beautiful an Read Mored by far the most relaxing location we've ever lived in. The staff in the leasing office is amazing (especially Shawn). We are very happy with our decision to call this apartment community home.

        We love our new place! The loft one bed gives us the space of a 2 bedroom without paying a 2 bedroom price. It Read More's quiet and brand new which was really exciting!

          My family and I had a positive experience from our first visit to the leasing office to our move in day. The A Read Morevalon Canton at Blue Hills Team is very professional and they are always available to assist. We absolutely love our new unit and we are happy to be members of the Avalon community.

            The apartment complex is beautiful and functional. I have a few suggestions for improvement:

            1. Drastic
            Read Moreally improve Noise insulation and sub floor. There are numerous soft spots in the floor, carpet a tree a and kitchen. I have called maintenance about them and the fixed it. But more soft spots arose.

            2. Add more isolation machines to the Avalon Canton Gym. It's less equipped than the Randolph side due to the smaller size of the community which is understandable.

            3. Make sure paint jobs are done throughly. There tends to be some cracks and translucent areas on the wall of the paint job.

            Mind these are very minor things, (except #1) but I am nit picky. The pros DEFINITELY outweigh the cons and as I know that there will obviously be improvements made to the community because the management is awesome!

            Hope this helps someone!
