Every aspect of my time at Vinnin Square was fantastic. Management is very understanding and quickly responds Read More to any requests. The property is well maintained (e.g. prompt snow removal, neat gardens, swimming pool/fitness center/tennis courts in great condition). The apartment was very comfortable, and I rarely heard any noise from other apartments or the fitness center next door. The staff hosted events each month which were great for getting to know your neighbors.

TGM Vinnin Square Resident
The office staff is completely unresponsive and horrible to work with. At move in when they have you put your Read Moregas and electric account numbers on contract. The manager there, faxed nat'l grid telling them to cancel my acct & put gas into vinnin's management account! 3 days before I took occupancy! 10 months they were receiving my gas bills/payment calls, letters, simply throwing them away! Never informing me of her mistake. 14 days my family was without hot H2O and a stove!My lease wasnt renewed
