Management charges $250 for "professional carpet cleaning" if you have a pet. I saw them using nothing but a r Read Moreug doctor that you rent for $25 at the grocery store. They have management that is unorganized, unhelpful and down right rude. They have this law that states anything you attach in the garage becomes property of the landlord. We had a garage door opener attached and then it broke, so we took it down. They charged us $75 because we did not leave it up. Completely dissatisfied!!!!!!!!!!!

Loved the place and the nice community! The office staff was always helpful and the location was very nice. Th Read Moree units are well cared for (ours needed new carpet) Our main complaint was that the care taker entered our unit unannounced several times and without advance notice. We would come home to find that someone had keyed in, and when we called about it, there was always some minor reason for the entry. Entering someone's unit without sufficient notice is only acceptable in emergency cases.
