Brookside Terrace is a Low Income Tax Credit Property (LIHTC). Under this federal program there are income guidelines for the entire household. The maximum income for: 1 person $35,220, 2 person $40,260, 3 person $45,300, 4 person $50,280, 5 person $54,360, 6 person $58,380, 7 person $62,400.
If you are below the minimum requirement of $22,000 and have a section 8 certificate, please provide the Section 8 provider information. If you do not have a Section 8 certificate and need a rental subsidy, Brookside Terrace will still gladly accept your application with the understanding there is an approximate 3 to 4 year waiting period.
