    I love everything the community has to offer & the staff is excellent. the only concern I have & it seems to b Read Moree an on going issue is the parking. seems like a lot of non residence vehicles taking up spots.

      As a former home owner for many years, I was concerned about what life would be like living in an apartment co Read Moremplex. Bell Stoughton has put those concerns to rest. Quiet, pleasant and friendly are the words I would use to describe my first two months here.

        The Bell community is a wonderful community and has the potential to be a stellar community. The gated featur Read Moree is definitely a plus and the grounds are beautiful when appreciated and maintained by all. I would hope to stay at Bell for the foreseeable future if concerns are addressed and attitudes are adjusted. The rent is fair however, an increase in rates yearly pertaining to garage storage is quite expensive and way above market. Certain management staff should work on become more friendly and approachable. The feel of i'm the landlord and you're the lucky to be here tenant should vanish. Overall, I think Bell is a wonderful place with some very easy and attainable fixes to make it stellar. D.H.
