Subpar maintenance. The only area kept clean was around the business office. Parking was an issue; residential Read More parking vs. visitor parking was never enforced.

I would have given an excellent but there are a few issues I have. My rent is too high considering the locati Read Moreon. Some of the clientele are least to be desired. They do not respect this community. It is lovely and well maintained. They leave garbage, dog poo and other disgusting things on the ground. They cannot comprehend how to throw their garbage away. I have gone to discard of mine and there have been many, many bags just sitting outside of the dumpster because of another's negligence.

My overall experience has been fairly good, but recently it seems there is a shortage on parking spaces. More Read More often than not I am forced to park pretty far from the building I live in. It seems as though residents may have more than 2 cars to a unit. I have only one car and parking has been a hassle especially when I come home after 7pm.

Spacious apartment, new rugs, private, fantastic maintenance crew!! They're the best!!!

Read Moreany parking for me when i come at night. Many people do not have parking stickers. Please do something about this. Came home to having zero parking spots available. Had to sleep elsewhere. This is not right.

Management is horrible, all the way up to the corporate office. There is a lack of response when there is an u Read Morergent maintenance matter. One time I had a defective smoke detector on a Friday night the smoke alarm started to go off and I was told the matter was not urgent enough and I had to wait until Monday before anyone came over to fix my alarm. Another time my apartment flooded from the sprinkler system and no one wanted to help my family and I. They refused to pay for another place to stay.
