The office and maintenance staffs were very warm and friendly and easy to work with. They respected my need fo Read Morer privacy and maintained the grounds very well. The location is good, and, with the transit system in the front yard of the complex. I would have rated Cliffside excellent, but the small one-bedroom apartments were too small.

I had issues with the hot water in my room, i would either call daily or weekly to get it fixed. They tried to Read More fix the issue in a timely manner, but never told me if it was fixed or not. I was left out of the loop and this went on for the last 4 months of my lease and then got blamed for not telling them it wasn't fixed when I stopped living there because I wasn't going to stay in a place with no hot water.

What I received for the rent I paid was sufficient- thus my rating of average. I did like some of the perks ( Read Morelike heat), but the walls are thin, and the kitchen is small. Also, there was a huge problem with stink bugs in my apartment.
