Overall my stay at waltham overlook has been good. Only issues I have is the water pressure in which mAnagemen Read Moret fixed right away and laundry machine always broke. The gym and pool in the summer are always clean and very well maintained! Maintenance is very quick to fix any issues they arise.office staff is responsive and friendly. Price for rent goes up after lease ends which is another negative as residents who are loyal should pay the original amount for Lease and not increased rent.

My stay was pleasant, the apartment was clean when I moved in and I have had no issues with management or main Read Moretenance. My main issue is with the Corcoran Company itself concerning my upcoming lease renewal. They have decided to raise my rent on a 12-month lease by approximately $70, even though I have been a model resident, paid my rent on time every month and have been very conservative in my use of included resources (water, heat, etc.).
