    I asked for my screen to be replaced and it never was. I had a leaky pipe and the guy came almost a month late Read Morer, lucky it wasn't bad or we'd be under water. I have a split door frame that was abruptly painted over and now the doors off and split more. And there's some sort of corrosion under my sink. The wash room only has three dryers and three washeres which one washer has been broken for monthssss and a dryer as well. Plus other residents use all machines at one inconciderably.

    The property management team was very unresponsive. It took me contacting them at least 4 times before they w Read Moreould do something and often they didn't do much or did an unsatisfactory job. It was clear they were trying to cut corners and save money where ever possible. Upon moving out they were not flexible with us leaving our lease early nor did they attempt to fill our apartment to help us out. The apartment itself had character and was nice; it has a good size kitchen if you like cooking.

    This place sucks because management doesn't respond to repairs, the neighbors are rude, the property is ugly, Read Moreand the rent is too much for what we get.
