      Oh no, you do NOT want me to do that right now! I've been pretty real and pretty unfiltered already. And yes, Read MoreI know the mgmt staff and they know me. So here's my advice: communicate clearly and effectively with staff, assess any potential major projects with a risk assessment for liability for Greystar, create a REALISTIC timeline, minimize the inconvenience and only take on one major project at a time. Home should be a safe, quiet, serene place. You guys need the revenue from the tenants to keep the money pipeline open, be cognizant of the fact that this is HOME for many and everyone will be happier. That's my free Quality Improvement Consultant advice. Do with it what you will :)

      I was having a great deal of personal problems in my life at the time�� , divorce, financial ect. I just need Read Moreed to get a chance to start over so finding the right home for us (myself and my son) was a big deal for me and believe it or not: the staff was very instrumental in the process by helping to get me place I could afford and proper moving date.
