The grounds are always cared for and kept very nice. The amenities are fantastic and my apartment is beautifu Read Morel and quiet.

Generally, I had a positive experience. The people in the office I interacted with directly were nice and help Read Moreful. However, they are strict with their 3-month notice for moving out (unless this has changed), and didn't give any clear reminders; while I got mine in on time, I can see it easily forgotten by some (also, 3 months is a lot of notice for many people...so keep that in mind before moving in).

Hmm, I have a Traumatic Brain Injury (more of a shady memory than most) & was given the opportunity/borderline Read More harassed (received three emails within a very close timeframe)to take this survey not far away from moving out of The Ledges a whole two years ago, therefore "Good" feels safe/polite. Definitely not "Poor," I think better than "Fair," & not enough apartment rental experience to rate as "Average." Unquestionably not "Excellent," so it seems to fall into "Good."

Great place to live but too expensive.

Extremely loud, building construction does not help with noise. Management is unresponsive to noise complaint Read Mores and does not help at all. Neighbors can be heard clearly as they walk above, and dogs running in neighboring units sound like bowling balls rolling down an alley. Quality of life is poor in this complex, especially if you value quiet !!
