CCGA is a great apartment community tucked away on a calm back road with minimal traffic. Everyone there, from Read More the office staff, maintainance crew and the residents I interacted with were very kind and simply nice to be apart of that type of environment. The property manager went above and beyond to make sure our concerns had be addressed. I really enjoyed living here.

The aesthetics of the apartment is good. I enjoy the new appliances and hardwood floors and the large open liv Read Moreing room/dining room setup. The bathroom isn't so great. The shower pressure is weak and the toilet seems to break every 4-5 months. I also don't like that I can hear my neighbors, but that comes with being sandwiched between two floors. Sometime it gets out of hand though with the noise. No one seems to follow the quiet hour rule.

The staff here is really above and beyond the norm in my experience. From the office administrators to the mai Read Morentenance staff they are all friendly and helpful. They feel like my friends rather than company employees!
