Terms

Our lease terms are: 2 months, 3 months, 6 months, 7 months, 9 months, 12 months. (Please note that lease terms may vary, are subject to change without notice, and are based on availability. Inquire with property staff for complete details). Dog Policy: No Weight Limit, Maximum 2 Dogs per apartment, $50 pet rent, $500 pet deposit, Pet Restrictions: Acceptable animals include domestic cats, fish (maximum tank size: 50 gallons), birds and dogs. Dogs that are purebreds or mixes of the following breeds are prohibited: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow-Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull (American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Shar Pei, and Siberian Husky. All other animals are prohibited. NO ANIMAL IS AUTHORIZED WITHOUT MANAGEMENT?S PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION AND THE EXECUTION OF AN ANIMAL ADDENDUM. Pet deposit is per apartment. Pet rent is $50 for dogs weighing under 25lbs and $75 for dogs over 25lbs. Two pets max per apartment. Cat Policy: 65 Pound Weight Limit, Maximum 2 Cat per apartment, $40 pet rent, $500 pet deposit, Pet Restrictions: Domesticated indoor cats only. Pet deposit is per apartment. Two pets max per apartment.
