Modern apartments with central air but no balconies. All have in-unit washer/driers. Parking garage requires Read More much caution but there aren't enough spaces outside. But no shoveling if you park in the garage. I liked that they had recycling; the next-door Kimball Court apartments which share the pool/gym but are over the Woburn line do not have recycling.

This is a property that changed hands in 2012, and while new ownership has made improvements to the buildings Read More(a new gym, hallway artwork, new hallway carpets, a new front office), they've also dramatically raised rents for two straight years AND shortened lease terms from 12-15 months to 10 months. On the plus side, the office staff and maintenance crew are terrific, and the property is clean and safe. If you expect your rent to remain stable, however, you might want to look elsewhere.
