The office was very helpful when I had a problem or needed a favor. Interior and exterior were well kept up. Read More Noise was never a problem.

Harbor House has many positive things going for it (location, amenities, and decent value for the Ann Arbor ar Read Moreea). However, it misses the mark on many things as well. Their budget creation and spending does not make any sense; they throw money away on things that most of the tenants disagree with or do not see as "value added," and seldom spend money in areas related to updating the units, fixing site-related issues, or even general repairs and maintenance.

While The Apartment Community Is In A Great Location, The Rent Was Too Expensive. Plus We Didnt Like The Balco Read Morenies Facing Parking Lot And The Storage Provided In The Open Garage Was Not Useful For Us As It Accumulated Lot Of Dust. Club House Was Renovated Great. We Didnt Like The Kitchen. The Overall Apartment Was Good And Not A Luxury Apartment. I Think It Is Overrated.

Harbor House has nice apartments that are a good value. The location is convenient but also quiet. The gym and Read More pool are quite nice. Maintenance usually responds to requests quickly; however, it can be hard to get larger concerns addressed with management. For instance, parking in the fall has been an issue because of football games. Parking is a little better now that each apartment gets a garage spot.
