The administration and maintenance people respond to all requests quickly, efficiently, and politely. I enjoy Read More the location quite a bit. The only downside is that the apartments are slightly higher priced than I would prefer.

nice apartment. friendly, helpful staff. maintenance team is quick and diligent. landscaping is good, excep Read Moret the pond could be cleaned from old pieces of wood and scrub floating in it.

Staff is friendly. Chief complaint is condition and overall upkeep of the unit (cosmetic fixes are used to de Read Moreal with issues rather than getting to the root of the problem. Maintenance staff is responsive/helpful. Rules for internal use of the units (hanging pictures, etc.) are excessively harsh. Wish the complex used more environmentally-friendly lawn care. Outside dumpsters are frequently overfull on the weekends, and snow removal was slow and poor this year.

The management team and the office staff are very responsive to all requests for service, and are always frien Read Moredly and efficient.

There have been two unacceptable incidents. 1) Proposed rent-increase of >10% upon renewal and 2) Proposed use Read More of third party utility billing company mid-way through lease. The management is not entirely sincere or friendly with tenants. Maintenance is phenomenal and so is the actual apartment and parking which is why we rated it Good. .
