We have enjoyed Village Green. The location is nice, right off 23. The office staff always responds quickly to Read More any maintenance issues. The new gym equipment is appreciated. Would love to see some recycling options for the community and a basketball option for outdoors. perhaps a portable rim on the tennis courts. Those portable rims are pretty inexpensive. Love the racquetball/wallyball court.

For the most part - the apartment feels like an awesome condo-plex. Neighbors are courteous, the lawn is mani Read Morecured, and the grounds are incredibly quiet.

The problem is - for the price we're paying - I think we need a few updates to the homes. We finally got a microwave above the stove, and for a place that advertises "luxury" - I would expect a little more. Additionally, there has been no snow removal to speak of aside from the occasional plowing this winter.

Have been very happy web responses to maintenance issues as well as the general quality if the apartment, but Read Moremy one complaint is that I have a covered parking spot I pay for--but the management to is horrible at ensuring that others don't park in my spot or giving consequences to folks who park in my spot... It becomes a free for all despite the fact that I pay for me, which is frustrating.

Unfortunately management is not interested in offering current residents promotional rates to keep residents. Read MoreWhile this seems to be the norm for the immediate area, this is strange practice as my prior apartments were interested in keeping tenants who consistently paid their rent on time and were good neighbors. They actually make it cheaper to relocate annually.

Decent complex though a bit over priced for the market. Only real issue us the company they use to service th Read Moree communal utilities (sewer, trash, hot water). That company is pretty terrible and charge large service fees just to process an electronic payment. They also charge a per month few just for servicing the account, something the management company should shoulder, not the renter directly...other than that, a good residence!
