I have lived at Woodland Mews for close to 2 years. The management has always been very pleasant when I have t Read Morealked to them and the grounds are very clean with lots of stuff to do. The units are a little pricy and do have their issues but the maintenance always responds right away when I have had a complaint. We have had a few issues with leaks in our basement and the basement flooding but it is now fixed. Overall I have been very satisfied with my time living here.

Woodland Mews is a nice location, close to businesses and the freeway. The rent was reasonable when I moved in Read More, but it just kept going up and up. They did renovations on their clubhouse, but the apartments were neglected. Staff are nice in general, however I had a very poor experience with one maintenance worker who was very rude. When I brought up the bad attitude management defended him telling me it was a "miss communication".

Shortly after move in we discovered mold on a wall that was partially below ground level. Mold and water damag Read Moree/entry were remediated and furnished suite was provided for temporary accommodations during maintenance. Great customer service.

They raised the rents far too much. There were too many changes in ownership and management in a short amount Read More of time. The property upkeep was lacking. When we moved in there were a lot of families. When we moved out, most of the other families had moved out and the focus of the newest owner/management was on getting college students to move in. Quite sad, really.
