when pool is closed - no one advises us ahead of time. Due to a broken pipe, the gym has been closed for almo Read Morest a year. No one ever seems to know anything. Last time I asked when the gym would be open, they said check our Facebook page. I didn't know they had one. Would not ent here if I had known all this. Amenities are poor. Pool is not cleaned regularly, landscape - the same.

The office staff were very disorganized, rude and lazy. They would not communicate maintenance requests to the Read More maintenance staff. It took them over 6 months to fix our sliding glass door. It was on our walk through list at the time we moved in & they said they would fix it. A couple times a month I would call to the office to remind them and they would always say they knew nothing about the issue- even though there were only 3 ppl in the office. Our heat went right outside all winter

Services were fine, everybody was nice, however when I left seemed to be the problem. When I contacted someone Read More at office about leaving lease early due to work I knew I'd have to pay extra. Not a problem, however the total they told me wasnt correct and I got served some notices saying I shorted them $900. So the total of 2500 was incorrect and I had to send them a check asap for the remaining amount. Kind of soured the experience considering I paid them within 5 days.

pretty good until we moved out and then they found everything they could to keep my deposit some of it wasn't Read Moreeven true they couldn't provide me pictures of what they were saying was there and that have been ruined and so I wasn't happy with that

We has several issues with our apartment including the refridgerator, washing machine, and central air going o Read Moreut. The apartment complex did not respond to our issues in a timely manner. Additionally, they did not return our security deposit in the time frame required by law and also tried to charge us an excessive amount of fees for things that were not even damaged.
