This facility is run dishonestly in my opinion. We complained extensively upon move-in (on the move-in checkl Read Moreist) about highly damaged countertops and many other problems. Westbury Village never fixed ANY of these in the year and one half we lived there! When we moved out, we were charged for all those things! Not only that, but they charged us $2000 for NEW CABINETS because of those countertops! Unreal! The people at the front office are rude and use scare tactics to bully residents. AVOID!

They are really good about taking care of maintenance issues right away. There is not enough parking around s Read Moreome buildings. Need to do a better job of screening new tenants.

Took my deposit for "wear and tear" on the carpets. Had to install my own fauset when maintence didn't respond Read More in months. Maintence would come in and leave notices that the job wad done and it wouldn't be done at all.

Maintenance is not always on top of things. We have a few blinds that are broken and have called three times a Read Morebout them. It's freezing so we called about getting a new weather guard for under the door three weeks ago and they still have not responded.
