Rent is the highest in this area, have to pay for everything separate (water, heating, waste). There is no rec Read Moreycling except for cardboard - and that's only on one corner - but I'm sure if they added that service they would charge for that as well. The windows are horrible and don't insulate the living room very well. in the summer the area looks nice - and I know they say the extra money goes into making the place look nice - but what about the winter?
