I don't keep track of the rental market so cannot rate value for the money. Could not see the apartment bef Read Moreore move in. Problems with carpet not being cleaned properly. Would like gym at the clubhouse. Whoever designed the complex was brilliant!

I had many maintenance issues, some of which were never resolved. Others issues were not resolved in a timely Read Morefashion and went on for months without attention.

The leasing office staff have been pleasant and nice to do business with during my time here. We have even sh Read Moreared a few laughs. They respond quickly to repair requests and follow up on repairs with a phone call from the leasing office. In unit washer and dryer along with free utilities (except electricity) is what convinced me to live here. The pond view from my apartment was the icing on the cake and sealed the deal for me.
