Management was horrible, my townhome fllo Read Moreded in the basement many times, maintenace entered my home without permission hile I was there on a Sunday evening and they would use my bathroom and drink bottled water from my frig while I was aay at work. I HATED living there!!!!

Office Hours Are Like Banker'S Read MoreHours; (9:00 Am- 5:00pm ) Sometimes, It Is Very Difficult To Speak To Anyone About Problems That Occur; In The Winter Time Snow Removal Is A Joke. It Snows All Day, They Come Once A Day Monday -- Friday If At All. If You Shovel Your Car Out , They Bank The Snow Behind Your Car When Snowplow Comes. Inside Repairs Take Forever And I Mean Forever.

The overall appearance of the complex is good. Although I was able to view a unit similar to my unit, I was n Read Moreot able to see my apartment until my move in date. The carpet appeared overall clean, but I don't believe is was shampooed because there were stains in one of the bedrooms and there was lint along the edges of the walls. Additionally, there were no cable outlets in the bedrooms, therefore, I was only able to access cable in the living room.

The rent is overpriced compared to the quality of repairs/maintenance and quality of appliances/fixtures insid Read Moree the apartments. Everything is old and replacements are not quality but done cheaply and poorly. There is a "mindset" of "Mediocrity" and that a renter should not expect quality or excellence. The windows have major leaks and you have to turn your heating excessively high in order to warm the entire unit. This causes a overpriced heating bill which is also billed by Mgmt.
