    Terms

    Lease Terms: 6 and 12 month leases available. Pet Policy: 2 pet maximum( 1 dog/ 2 cats/ 1 dog and 1 cat), $35 monthly pet rent, $200 non-refundable pet fee( 1 pet), $300 non-refundable pet (2 pets). Pets must be neutered/spayed and cats must be declawed. Pet owner must provide vet records and register dogs and cats with Brownstown Township. Renter's Insurance with pet coverage is also required. Weight limit for dogs is 50lbs. when fully grown and certain breed restrictions apply.

    I enjoyed my stay at the Hamptons of Brownstown. When and if I had an issue or problem, it was always handled Read Moreimmediately.

    They had bed bugs when I was a resident. I feel that since the couldn't handle the situation I shouldn't have Read Morebeen held for the remainder of the rent that was due. Beg bugs was the only issue

    Residents or guests could unknowingly bring in bed bugs from a variety of sources, including movie theaters, hotels, moving trucks,furniture or clothing acquisition. Once it is brought to our attention, we hire a licensed, certified pest control company to eradicate the problem. With residents cooperation, we have been successful at eliminating 100% of cases thus far. As of 4/2/14, to the best of our knowledge, there are zero townhomes with a bed bug issue.
