The apartment need some up dating, and my gas bill was alway high 100.00 to 150.00 a month. But people in the Read Moreoffice was nice.

I love the actual apartments and the staff is great, I wish we didn't have to pay water and trash removal like Read More some other apartments around don't make tenants pay for. Also
Wish there was a gym.

Not enough staff to do repairs. Have to wait a long while to get something fixed. Not enough staff in office t Read Moreo answer phone or questions. Never get a live person on the phone and have to wait in the office 1/2 or more to get someone who is not on the phone. Painting of balcony and storage room door is so very poor it is embarrassing to have friends over. Parking lot is not kept clear of snow and ice. Cars are plowed in.
