      Several maintenance requests for the same thing have been deemed nonemergency and still after 9 months have no Read Moret been rectified, the equipment in the fitness center is poorly maintained and a core piece of equipment has been down for 2-3 months with only reports that a third party is supposed to fix it each time its inquired upon, the free Wi-Fi in the resident lounge went out of service for about two months before finally being fixed; all of which were key selling points on choosing to live here
