Management company is not good. Don't call you back when they say they will. Maintenance is the same way. Woul Read Mored not live here again.

The Staff is insanely rude when you have simple question about why you are being charged a certain amount. Read More>Maintenance request are performed half way and multiple request have to be entered to fix one thing.
Maintenance come in announced even though you requested to be present at the time of entrance.
They ended up charging us incorrectly at the end of the lease and we had to point it out to them and it took them 2 months to get our money back.

Castle Pointe was a decent place to live however there were always issues with bugs and leaks. I hope they soo Read Moren upgrade some of the apartments with better facilities because the staff has always been so nice.

Castle Pointe Apartments have very poor communication with its residents. There have been times when I have f Read Moreelt scared and misinformed about incidents in the complex. Units are older and the large glass doors are not insulated well causing the living room to be at a different temperature than the bedroom and high utility bills.
One positive is that the maintenance staff is very friendly and quick to fix any problems you may have.

Don't hesitate to contact the office if you have any questions or concerns. Unfortunately, utility bills were higher across the entire Midwest this past winter. Many residents of Michigan choose to install plastic window insulation kits to combat winter temperatures. Hopefully next winter won't be quite as frigid.
