Pros: Property managers are friendly and maintenance issues are taken care of timely and professionally. The Read Moregrounds and common areas are well-kept. The apartments have modern decor. In general, the complex is pretty quiet. All the apartments have their own washer and dryer.

Cons: Storage and covered parking is limited and only available for an additional fee. Windows are kind of drafty which can make heat expensive in the winter.
