All in all, for what I was looking for this was a good place for me. I know they were trying to have people p Read Moreurchase condos instead of renting apartment homes, but due to the economy at the time, those that were purchasing were few and far between and quite frankly, to purchase was more expensive than a house I purchased after I left. Maintenance was good, place is in a nice area, office staff was just okay.

I gave a "good" rating because the apartments are well kept and the maintenance is good but the heating bills Read Moreare very high,this is an apartment not a house were you would expect that...the rent go up $30-$40 a year when other nice apartments charge at least $10 a year

The apartment complex always looks beautiful and clean, no matter the weather.
Management is amazing. They
Read More are very accommodating. I have requested then not to enter my unit without me being there and they have gone out of their way to honor this request.
They have a strict rule about paying the rent by the 3rd of the month. I was late once and they waived my penalty because is always been timely before then.
Questions are answered immediately and they return your calls within the half day.
