I absolutely loved my apartment at Hunters Ridge. The only reason I left was because I bought a condo. Had Hun Read Moreters Ridge been able to sell me my apartment, I would have most definitely stayed there. It's a great place to live, it's in a great location, the grounds and the neighbors are quiet, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to move into a great apartment.

I moved away from Hunter Ridge Apartments last, I will be moving back in January 2014. I love the up keep of Read More the grounds, the apartments and the staff members are wonderful to deal.

Hunter's Ridge is a relatively clean complex with a dependable maintenance staff. My only area of concern is Read Morethe disposition of SOME office staff.

Pros: Convenient and quiet location
Cons: 1. Unprofessional staff. Concerns and questions are undermined.
Read MoreThey do not let you complete your thoughts before they start speaking. Property manager and other leasing office staff are disrespectful. 2. Additional hidden fees. "High-efficient laundry machines" were recently installed, however they are inconvenient and more expensive to operate. 3. Speed bumps.

Unfortunately, a lot of the information provided to me by the leasing agent was false. She advised because I m Read Moreoved in at regular price they would not ever go up on my rent. False statement. They increased my rent by $30. They neighbors are very much set in there ways, I work alot and rarely home, one neighbor accused my daughter of breaking a window when she was out of state when the window was broken. instead of the leasing office asking me about the situation, they took the neighbors word.
