Pros: Good location, calm and safety first apartments. Prompt maintenance staff. Availability of units year Read More round. Good community and amenities. Cons: Limited TV/internet providers. Single unit floor plans are not too great(congested kitchens with poor ventilation). Might be a good walk from the gate if your taking transit's if your staying farther from gate.

Commode and wash basins are of very poor quality. The one which we got in first day day was very awkward. Even Read More some of the wooden plants were loose. Window panels are waste. It doesn't serve the purpose. All the window panels doesn't shut properly. All the plug points are not pointing to near by switches.Even the Carpet is not so great.

I like the apartment and its plan. How ever the movement process is not fair and I had faced difficulties with Read More improper communication related to the security deposit which delayed my move in process. Common Laundry room is not cleaned even after a month. Apart from this, my over all experience is good.
