You get what you pay for, low rent = low standards. We constantly had problems with neighbors and always got t Read Morehe same response from the management company either "we will write them a letter" or "we will have a meeting with them". The Apartment was old and in bad condition. They evicted my illegally and was very rude to me anytime I had co Read Morerrespondence with them. My rent was raised all of the time. It went from $400 to $475 in two years. All winter my window in my bedroom was broken and all they did was cover it with plastic... and that barely worked. My place was cold all winter and they refused to replace the window, needless to say I was never reimbursed for my expensive gas bill.
