Each townhome has its own private basement with a full sized washer and dryer. Our residents enjoy community events throughout the year, as well as amenities such as a sparkling swimming pool, community garden, free trash and recycling, and a free carport.

Cats Allowed. Dogs Allowed. Weight Restriction. Breed Restriction. Call for service animal policy.

Terms

Lease terms: 6 & 12 months. Security deposit of $400-to a full month's rent required, DOC.
Pet policy: dogs and cats allowed, maximum two pets per unit. Refundable cat deposit of $300 required, plus monthly cat rent of $15/ea. Refundable dog deposit of $500 required, plus monthly dog rent of $35/ea. Maximum deposit for 2 pets is $500. Breed and size restrictions apply.

Pinehurst Townhomes were always kept very nice and they were very prompt with repairs or services that were ne Read Moreeded. The manager was extremely nice and easy to reach. It was a nice, safe and comfortable place to live while we were searching for a house.

I liked living there until the first winter hit. My husband and I hadn't realized that it snowed and didn't mo Read Moreve our cars fast enough(within a 20minute time frame...it took 30minutes because my husband was in the shower and getting ready for work. I was 3-months pregnant and super sick. Mind you the plow wasnt even there yet to plow) for the office manager. So the next time it snowed, they purposely shoveled my car in, using all of the snow from the one side of the parking lot to block me in.
