I was treated very well when I first came to autumn ridge everyone did an excellent job getting me in with no Read More hassles. my renewals was a snap and last time I wanted to change apartments ,the staff went out of their way to make it easy and done to my wants .

We have lived here for over 3 years and have had an overall good experience. Staff and maintenance responds to Read More concerns/requests in a timely matter. All staff that I've come in contact with is courteous.

I am not impressed with the contractors hired for snow removal and the responses/effectiveness the office for Read Morethe safety of those living here having to deal with the snow around our vehicles these past 2 winters.

The apartment we were assigned was full of cigarette smoke even though we did not smoke. We were given the run Read More around on several things including maintenance and the smoke in our apartment was never resolved. All the furniture we owned had to be aired out and given a treatment. The price was great but we paid in the end for the awful experience. I would have rather paid more at another apartment to avoid the smoke as a nonsmoker. Once our lease was up we did not and would not renew it.
