I think they are very nosey with to many rules for 1335.00 a month rent. I do believe that this particular com Read Moreplex should allow you to buy out.

Rent is a little high as it raises every year. Getting stuck staying longer than planned is almost inevitable, Read More if for some reason you have to go to month to month or 3 or 6 month option you will pay an extra couple hundred on rent. Other than that not so bad as long as your planning on staying there for quite a while.
