Briarlane is such a wonderful alternative to owning a home. The grounds are beautiful with meticulous landsca Read Moreping. Snow removal is timely and frequent. I love Briarlane for its diversity of culture, race and age. It's quiet and everyone has a view of the forest. Close to the freeway and the Medical Mile, it attracts professionals. The apartments are spacious and if you ever have a problem or something breaks, maintenance is there in a heartbeat. The property manager is really on top of things.

Even though management is a little out of touch and slightly high-strung, the apartments themselves are wonder Read Moreful. They are spacious, clean, and well maintained. I loved living there and loved the location too. They are close to everything I need and the prices are fair. The pool and workout rooms are awesome and the land they are on is well landscaped. It's really a hidden gem of apartment complexes in Grand Rapids.

We found cockroaches in our cupboard. We called the office about it and she said she knew about it bc they wer Read Moree in a different apartment in the same building...they didn't send maitanance right away...they ended up spraying but we all know that didn't kill all the roaches in that building. I'm sure they are infested in the walls. The price we payed for that place was not worth it.
