Pet Policy: $25 pet rent. $200 non-refundable pet fee. Restrictions: Non-aggressive breeds of cats and dogs are welcome. We allow up to two pets per apartment weighing no more than 35 pounds each. There is a $200 one-time non-refundable fee per apartment. Rent is $25 per pet.

They clean the hallways and entryways once a week. Any problem I've had they've fixed it within a day.

The Maintainance was awesome! They did their job in a timely manner. It was the rude and racist office manager Read More who was unable to provide services while those services were offered to other residents. In addition, my dog was bit by another dog that was off leash. When I filed a complaint about this incident, I was simply told to carry my dog instead of walking him even though my dog was on leash!
