Quick application process. We consider credit, look for good rental or mortgage history (sorry we can't approve applicants w/recent or unpaid evictions), we do a basic background check & look for a minimum of three times the rent in your gross monthly income.
We work with section 8 in accordance with local laws, however we generally do not work with voucher or housing programs that are for less than 12 months, unless applicant meets application requirements including 3 times the rent in gross monthly income.
We charge only a $25 non-refundable application fee per adult. $500 non-refundable hold fee can be paid to take the apartment off the market. Hold fee goes towards security deposit at move in, or is refunded if an applicant cannot be approved.
