This one will go fast, so we respectfully ask for serious inquires for mid September move in. Up to two approved pets welcome with $200 pet fee per pet & $25 monthly pet rent, please ask for details on pet restrictions.
Quick application process. We consider credit, look for good rental or mortgage history (sorry we can't approve applicants with recent evictions or balances owing to former landlords), we look for 3 times the rent in applicants gross monthly income & we do a basic background check.
We charge only a $25 application fee per adult, $500 non-refundable hold fee will take the apartment off the market & goes towards deposit. (Hold fee is refunded if application cannot be approved.)
We do accept Section 8 vouchers in compliance with local housing laws; however we generally do not participate with voucher programs that are for less than 12 months unless applicant meets requirements including 3 times the rent in gross monthly income.
Will be occupied until early September, we will offer tours once it's vacated if it's not already pre-leased. We anticipate it will be rented out very quickly, so we respectfully ask for serious inquires only please for mid September move in. Completed applications, app fee & hold fee will take it off the market.
